I currently work as an indie game developer on a soon-to-be-revealed personal video-game project.
I’m a French graduate from Imperial College London’s Department of Computing (MEng); I am interested in programming, chiefly in the areas of video-game development and AI.
In the past I have worked as a game developer for Jagex Games Studio on the highly popular MMORPG RuneScape, as well as for Ankama Games on the online strategy game Gobbowl. I have also worked for IBM and Novell.
The projects undertaken during my undergraduate studies touched a variety of research areas, the main ones being robotics and video-games. In particular, I investigated automatic AI and behaviour generation for in-game characters to increase their believability and user immersion in my final year project.
I am an avid reader of SF/fantasy novels, and a long-time gamer. My other hobbies include playing tennis, table tennis, choral singing, listening to music and watching movies. While I am currently based in London and often return home to Paris, I am also well-travelled and have visited the following locations: Scotland, the United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Morocco, Tunisia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
